FareClever Terms of Use
Ownership and permitted use
FareClever is provided by ULANIK LTD, which publishes apps under the developer name EaseAppSolutions ("we", "us" and "our"). FareClever is an independent app from EaseAppSolutions. It is not made by, endorsed by or connected to any ride-hailing company.
The rights in FareClever's proprietary software and materials, including its source code, designs, graphics, branding and documentation, belong to us or our licensors. Third-party names, logos, content and components remain the property of their respective owners. Using the app or purchasing a subscription gives you permission to use it; it does not transfer ownership of the app or its intellectual property.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to install and use FareClever on devices you own or control, for your own use, including your work as a driver, in accordance with these terms. Your use of Google Play remains subject to Google Play's applicable terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to you under applicable law or the applicable Google Play terms.
Except as permitted by us, applicable law, the applicable Google Play terms or a relevant third-party licence, you must not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the app, its proprietary code or other protected materials, other than copies needed for permitted use;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, or attempt to obtain its proprietary source code;
- extract or reuse protected code, assets or database contents to reproduce the app or create another product;
- bypass payment requirements, usage limits or access controls, or gain unauthorised access to our servers or other non-public systems;
- remove or alter copyright, trade mark or other ownership notices, or use our branding in a way that falsely suggests our approval or involvement.
These restrictions do not override rights granted by law or by the licences of third-party components. Open-source and other third-party components remain subject to their own licences, described in the app's Open-source licences page. We do not claim ownership of your information or of third-party content simply because FareClever reads or displays it. You may use the figures FareClever shows for its intended purpose, including deciding which offers to accept. The figures are worked out from what each offer shows: a guide for your decision, not a promise of earnings.
Faults and fixes
FareClever reads each offer from your screen. Like all software, it can have faults: it may sometimes miss an offer, read it wrongly or show no figures, and it may stop working for a while, for example after an update to your phone or to a ride-hailing app. We fix problems as quickly as we reasonably can, but some fixes take time. Always check the offer itself before you accept it.
Subscriptions, cancellations and refunds
FareClever Pro is a monthly subscription purchased through Google Play. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm your purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal. Google Play processes payments under its applicable terms.
You can manage or cancel your subscription using the Google account that purchased it. Go to your subscriptions in Google Play (play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions), choose FareClever, select Cancel subscription and follow the instructions. You can also use the app's "Manage or cancel in Google Play" link when shown. Uninstalling FareClever or stopping monitoring does not cancel your subscription.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You normally keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a purchase is refunded or revoked, access may end earlier.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund previous payments. Except where required by applicable law or provided for by Google Play's applicable refund policy, we do not provide refunds or credits merely because you cancel, stop using the app or leave part of a billing period unused.
You can request a refund through Google Play. You can also contact us at [email protected] about a purchase problem or refund request. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, applicable law and Google Play's applicable policy.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including any applicable cooling-off rights or remedies where digital content or services are faulty, unavailable or not as described.
